Intel: In Search of the Better Idea

Most businesses live very tactically – focused like a laser on every quarter they are in and on optimizing sales – but with no view of what is coming 12 or more months out. This is why so many of the companies that were successful 30 years ago are no longer around today. Events occurred that they didn’t anticipate and the market left them behind. Since there is no accurate crystal ball showcasing the future, the only way to accurately predict what is coming is to create it, and at this year’s IDF, Intel’s Developer Forum, the company showcased that strategy in action. It is working to create the next revolution of wirelessly connected devices to powerful cloud based services surrounded by robots.
